WFWP Scotland/UK held two sessions together with the Citadel Youth Centre
Sushi making
After one year, Citadel youth centre invited WFWP Scotland back for a Sushi making session on Friday 21st November from 2 pm to 4 pm. This time they wanted 10 people to try Sushi rolling and 20 people to taste it.
Because we had limited time, we prepared most of the ingredients beforehand and we did only the necessary cooking in the kitchen. It was very nice to see some of the staff, and young and elderly people again. A teenage boy, Conner, helped cool down th

WFWP NL, New Year’s Celebration, Amsterdam/NL
WFWP Netherlands held their New Year’s Celebration in Amsterdam under the theme ‘Towards a Global Culture of Peace’: We were joined by several ladies from the ‘Bond of Professional Women’ (BPWNL), which is also an NGO in consultative status with the UN.

Theme : "The Healing Power of Forgiveness". Just before Christmas, 125 women met in a packed house for our last Peace Meeting of 2014 on the topic of 'Forgiveness'.

WFWP Portugal, Ambassador for Peace End of Year Meeting
WFWP Portugal held this meeting with the Ambassadors for Peace, together with UPF, following on from the conference in the EU Parliament in Brussels in Nov 2014; this was also a Christmas meeting/celebration.
It took place on 14 Dec 2014 in the Peace Embassy in Lisbon/Portugal.

WFWP Portugal, Day of Peace Seminar, Odivelas, 21 Sept 2014
WFWP Portugal in partnership with the City Council and UPF held a Seminar to celebrate International Peace Day 2014.
The event took place in a venue that we received through the City Council of Odivelas City with the support and encouragement of the Lord Mayor.
