Each sub-region presented clearer strategies and goals, reflecting growing professionalism, stronger cohesion, and improved alignment with global priorities. A key highlight was the establishment of a new European-level Education Department, led by L’Unica Magnússon. The department is already delivering a range of rapidly developing programmes—Leadership of the Heart, The Woman’s Way Peace Education, Youth Peace Academy, and Character Education—supported by high-quality materials and promising

implementation plans.

Financial performance was reviewed, and 2026 targets were clarified, with a shared emphasis on strengthening fundraising and sponsorship efforts to enable future growth. Breakout sessions resulted in concrete regional priorities and timelines, reinforcing accountability across all teams.

Special appreciation is extended to the Education Department for its work in empowering women and youth through practical peace-building and emotional intelligence tools, and to all regions for their strong commitment to collaborative growth.

Recommended next steps include securing resources for the education rollout, fostering inter-regional mentorship, and establishing regular progress checkpoints.
