WFWP UK - Yoga for refugee women
On Tuesday, June 2nd, I held my regular yoga session for refugee women in partnership with Women of Hope at the Quaker Meeting House in Selly Oak, Birmingham. It is a privilege and a joy to bring something positive into the lives of these women, who have experienced so much hardship. Seeing them relax, connect, and feel loved and valued makes these sessions incredibly meaningful. I am very grateful to be able to offer this service on behalf of our Women's Federation.
