WFWP Albania - YOUTH ACADEMY FOR PEACE.

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, the Albanian Women’s Federation for World Peace hosted its flagship

Youth Academy for Peace; This one-day training empowered 21 participants (aged 17–35) by

focusing on ethical leadership, personal values, and social responsibility.

The program featured two core sessions:

 Personal Growth as the Foundation of Leadership: Led by Katerina Minolari.

 Challenges in Relationships and Conflict Resolution: Led by Av. Dorina Prethi, a WFWP

member and Deputy Chairperson of political party

A highlight of this year’s academy was the collaboration with the Public Vocational Training Center

No. 4, Tirana. Instructors presented professional course opportunities and start-up grants, leading a

dynamic workshop where participants developed business project ideas to spark creativity and critical

thinking.

The Youth Academy for Peace" continues to be a vital space for fostering conscious, engaged citizens

dedicated to peace and cooperation. Following this success, the Federation plans to expand the

program to other cities, ensuring more young leaders have access to these transformative tools for

personal and professional development.
