The highlight of the conference has ben the partnership with the initiative DEBATE-FOR -PEACE: This
organization brings togher youth in the age of 16- 18yrs. To think about ways forward in a conflict ridden society, Israel/Palesine. As in Israel society is divided, young people generally attend different schools, Kindergardns, live in different areas…
But these young people come from families that send their children to comprehensive schools and support a trip of one week where they encounter various international organizations, Embassies, etc. WFWP UN Vienna Office could win the support of UNODC- NGO Unit to get the room at UN Vienna and where supported by 3 embassies: Mexico, Philippines, Burkina Faso, and also the former Program Manager of UNODC in Vienna, Mr. Jean Luc LEMAHieu, who is now lecturer at high level private universities.
