WFWP Portugal - "Supporting by an active participation in the WFWPI Global Summit (Edition II), by finding,preparing and bringing a Speaker and a Translator to the WFWPI Commitee,

The WFWPI Global Summit, promoted by WFWPI International Committees, where WFWP

Portugal is part of, as an active member, took place between August 29th and 30th, 2025.

The theme was Technology / Empowerment / Leadership, spread across three sessions,

with three speakers each.

The Session I addressed the subtheme: *All for Good - How Technology Can Elevate

Humanity*, while the Session II took the subtheme: *Women Empowering Women

Across Borders*.

The Session III discussed about *Youth Leadership Innovation for Social Impact*.

WFWP Portugal, as an active Member of the WFWPI International Committees, contributed

to this international event by finding, preparing and bringing a Portuguese translator as

well as a Portuguese-speaking Countries speaker, the young Brazilian jurist, *Mailin

Ferreira*, who spoke brilliantly on how young people, with their energy, creativity, and

passion, can bring something new and powerful to the world. This perspective was warmly

welcomed, appreciated, and applauded by the participants.

The topics were well explored by the young speakers, and delved into the various topics

discussed, both diligently and scientifically.

Artificial Intelligence was not forgotten and was very relevant, with the audience's Q&A session, with thorough knowledge, although the ethics of AI use, was not a complete

discussion.

The event had approximately a total of 300 participants in all three sessions, and we could

fell that it was a unique and enriching experience.

Congratulations and deep gratitude to the WFWPI President, Ms. Moriko Hori, the amazing

team led by Dr. Paris Moon, and all nations that gave their contribution by bringing

speakers and translators.

Another thanks go to the speakers and translators, particularly the Portuguese team., who

dido wonderful job.
