WFWP UK - Women as peacemakers

The panel discussion "Women as Peacemakers – Spirituality and Education," moderated by Viola Dirnhofer, brought together four inspiring women who shared how spirituality, education, and community engagement can contribute to building more peaceful societies.

Drawing on their diverse professional and personal experiences, the speakers emphasized the importance of nurturing both minds and hearts, supporting young people through mentoring and education, strengthening families and communities, and integrating spiritual values into everyday life and professional practice. They highlighted the unique role women play as educators, mentors, bridge-builders, and peacemakers, fostering hope, identity, dialogue, and trust.
