WFWP Albania - Post-Final Gathering & Booklet Distribution

On December 13, 2025, in Tirana, near our offices, we held a post-finale meeting with the

finalists of the Public Speaking Competition. This gathering aimed to create a reflective and

open space where participants could share their experiences and emotions throughout the

entire journey of the project. The finalists discussed how they felt during the competition

process, the challenges they faced, and how the experience has benefited them even after its

conclusion.

An important part of the meeting was dedicated to constructive feedback. Together, we

exchanged ideas and suggestions on how the competition could be further improved in the

future, including proposals for the theme of the next edition. Additionally, we explored

possible paths and opportunities for continued collaboration beyond the competition itself.

At the end of the meeting, as a token of appreciation, each participant received a modest book

containing summaries of their speeches. The overall atmosphere was positive, open, and

marked by a strong willingness to cooperate further.

During this meeting, we also initiated a meaningful collaboration with the winner of the

2025 competition, Oriada Dajko. In partnership with the Women’s Federation of Albania,

30 books were donated to a rural area in northern Albania, within a project co-led by the

competition winner.

Participation was relatively limited, as the competition was national in scope and travel from

other regions was not feasible for many finalists.
