WFWP Austria - Hosts 16th Meet & Greet Online Dialogue

The Women’s Federation for World Peace International (WFWPI) successfully hosted its 16th Meet & Greet Online Dialogue, bringing together participants from around the world.

The event, themed “What Women, Youth and Civil Society Bring to the Table to Support the UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2030 and Ensure That No One Is Left Behind,” highlighted the importance of working together in solidarity for peace, development, and a sustainable future for generations to come.

A distinguished panel of speakers shared inspiring perspectives on advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a focus on women's and youth leadership, intergenerational cooperation, gender equality, health and well-being, cultural understanding, and sustainability.

In recognition of their contributions to peace and development, WFWPI presented Global Women’s Peace Ambassador Awards to two speakers, along with Appreciation Awards to other participants.

The programme also featured a special musical performance, concluding with “Healing the World,” an original composition by a young musician, accompanied by the flute. The performance added a beautiful and uplifting touch to the event.

The dialogue reaffirmed the importance of collaboration across generations and cultures in building a more peaceful, inclusive, and sustainable world where no one is left behind.
