WFWP Russia - Creating Goodness: A Virtual Bridge Between Regions

On May 27, a warm and friendly teleconference was held between the Ostrovskaya Children's Library in the Kostroma Region and WFWP St. Petersburg. This long-awaited and joyful meeting brought together children from different regions, giving them an opportunity to share their creative performances and talents.

Participants also learned about the history of the village of Ostrovskoye and discovered interesting facts about the landmarks and cultural heritage of St. Petersburg. The exchange fostered friendship, mutual understanding, and a deeper appreciation of each other's local communities.

The meeting was organized within the framework of the charity project Creating Goodness, which promotes assistance to and cooperation with libraries in rural areas throughout the country.
