WFWP Austria - Start of the Year Event

Following a long-standing tradition of WFWP -Austria, we meet on Jan.24th to listen to activity

reports of different chapters of WFWP -Austria: Suzuko Hirschman, Styria: an online series PEACE

THROUGH EDUCATION and Children’s PAINTING CONTEST. Merle Blaschke Soquila,

Corinthia: MEET & GREET online platform, bringing together young activists from different parts of

the world to share their contributions to the SDG’s .We also asked our Partner organizations to share

about their activities. It was impressive to learn how women are contributing to a culture of peace and healing in different ways!

The event concluded with dance performances of 2 of our members.

While sitting around coffee tables, enjoying some sweet and sour snacks, a lot of networking could

take place.
