WFWP UK - Mosque presentations

I was invited to speak about my work for peace at several mosques, including two Ismaili mosques and Birmingham Central Mosque. On 24 January, the UK Islamic Mission welcomed me to Birmingham Central Mosque, the city's oldest mosque, where I gave a 20-minute presentation to around 50 women. I spoke about the Women's Peace Meeting and its impact over the past 30 years, followed by a lively 10-minute question-and-answer session. The audience showed considerable interest, and I hope the event helped open minds and hearts to greater understanding and appreciation between people of different faiths.
